Domestic (Switzerland): Standard - FREE, Express - 25CHF
Rest of the world: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight and volume of your items. We offer competitive rates via FedEx, with the choice between economy or Priority Express.
Delivery Time
Domestic (Switzerland): 2 - 4 working days
Europe: 3 - 5 working days
Rest of the world: 5 - 12 working days
For products not currently in stock:
- 4 to 6 weeks for wig, prosthetics, and hair products

Duties & Custom Fee
For domestic purchases (Switzerland), VAT is included in the price.
For the rest of the world, prices are net and customs or import fees will be borne by the recipient.
